I forgot to mention

I got a promotion at work!! It is only a temporary 4 month maternity leave position but it's a promotion that means I get paid more (always a bonus!) but also an opportunity to move up a level and learn how to do new things and have more responsibility. It will look good on my resume for when I start to think about moving on from my current position, probably in about March/April 2006 is the current plan.

I started yesterday and at the moment I'm being the 'old me' and the 'new me' as they haven't replaced the 'old me' yet, hopefully we'll interview very soon and get someone into the position so that I don't go crazy.
